INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices favorite, hearty whole grain bread (toasted if desired)
- Mustard or mayo
- 4 or 5 slices ripe avocado
- 1 slice ham (about 3 ounces)
- 1 cooked egg (any style cooked)
- Baby kale
DIRECTIONS
- Spread bread with mayo or mustard.
- Top with avocado slices, ham and egg.
- Add a few leaves baby Kale for additional greens! Makes 1 sandwich.
