Better Breakfast Toast with Greek Yogurt & Nuts*

  • 2 slices whole grain or hearty multi-grain bread, toasted
  • Favorite Greek yogurt, plain or flavored
  • Jelly/jam/preserves*
  • Favorite nuts or sunflower seeds*

Toast bread, spread each slice with at least ¼ to 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, drizzle with jelly and top with nuts (1-2 tablespoons per slice).

*Raspberry seedless jam + Pistachios

*Apricot jam + Cashews
