INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (August 29, 2014)– Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has reached a plea agreement in his impaired driving case, according to our media parters at the Indianapolis Star. No details of the agreement were released.

Irsay is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. Prosecutors said he had prescription drugs—thought to be oxycodone or hydrocodone—in his system when he was pulled over for erratic driving on March 16.

It happened near Horseferry Road and Main Street in Carmel. Irsay was unsteady and had trouble standing up straight, according to court documents. Officers had to support him to keep him steady. Investigators found prescription drug bottles and pills in Irsay’s car along with about $29,000 in cash. After his arrest, Irsay went into rehab.

A change of plea hearing is set for Tuesday at 11 a.m.
