INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 22, 2014) — Just after midnight Sunday morning, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Captain Mark Rice was arrested near 465 and West Washington Street.
He was pulled over while driving a black four-door vehicle and was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
IMPD says its Internal Affairs office is investigating the incident and Captain Rice has been placed on administrative duty pending the outcome of the investigation.
