INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (August 8, 2014)– Fox59 has learned that one of the four people charged in a quadruple murder on Indianapolis’ south side will plead guilty.

Samantha Bradley is accused of participating in the killings of four people during a drug robbery at a house on Parker Avenue in late February.

Of the four suspects, Bradley is not accused of planning the robbery or pulling the trigger.

Instead, the investigation determined that she accompanied triggerman Cody Rackemann and another woman to the scene and possibly participating in the disposal of evidence.

Bradley will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit robbery resulting in death, a class A felony which could result in a 20-50 year prison sentence, according to Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry.

Curry recently filed for the death penalty in Rackemann’s case.

Rackemann is accused of carrying out the alleged plan hatched by Anthony LaRussa to rob Walter Burnell, their partner in a suspected drug house operation.

A source told Fox 59 News that Rackemann killed Burnell when the homeowner refused to open a bedroom safe containing thousands of dollars during the robbery.

Rackemann and LaRussa received matching tattoos in the following days of the numeral “100” on their foreheads and “sweet dreams” on their eyelids in memory of their slain ex-partner.
