Better Breakfast Lox & Cream Cheese Pizza

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2-4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon (lox), about 2-3 ounces per person
  • Thinly sliced red onions
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Capers
  • Lemon wedges (to squeeze juice over if desired)

Spread flatbread with cream cheese. Top with sliced tomatoes, onions, and salmon. Sprinkle with capers and squeeze lemon juice if desired.
