INGREDIENTS
- Cooked, pork tenderloin from last night’s dinner
- Pineapple slice(s)
- Baby kale
- Whole grain English muffin or Hawaiian bun
- Spicy or honey mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Spread muffin or bun with mustard as desired.
- Add a bunch of baby kale, then a slice of pineapple and several slices of cooked pork.
- Enjoy. Makes 1 sandwich.
