Better Breakfast Waffle Sandwich
- 2 toasted frozen whole grain waffles
- 2-3 ounces favorite lean deli meat (turkey, chicken, roast beef, ham)
- 1 slice cheese
- Lettuce, spinach, tomato slices, cucumber slices, shredded carrots & any other favorite veggies
- Mustard and/or low-fat mayo
